A classroom built for Quran lessons: the Mushaf, your Qaida and a whiteboard, synced to every student.

  • Madinah Mushaf with tajweed colours

Turn tajweed colouring on for both of you, with English translations from Rowwad or Pickthall.

  • Select a word, a range or a whole ayah

The student sees your selection on their page as you make it.

  • Students follow your page

They can look ahead on their own, then return to your view in one tap.

  • Your Qaida and books, page by page

Upload the Noorani Qaida or Noor al-Bayan PDFs your academy uses; pages turn in sync.

  • A whiteboard for letters and harakat

Write by hand or annotate a book page, then go back to the Mushaf.

  • One private link for each child

Children join from a permanent class link: no account, no app, no password.

Observe any class quietly for quality and safeguarding, with cameras shown only where consent is on file.

  • Join hidden, without interrupting

Supervisors follow the Mushaf, book or whiteboard live while the lesson carries on.

  • Camera and microphone only with consent

An observer sees a teacher or student only with consent recorded in advance, from a parent for a child.

  • You decide who observes which class

For example, a female supervisor for classes with female teachers and students.

Families in London, New York and Dubai, teachers in Cairo and Karachi: every class at the right local time.

  • Recurring classes in each time zone

Each schedule keeps its agreed local time when the clocks change.

  • The subjects you teach

Hifz, Tajweed, Noorani Qaida, Arabic and Islamic studies, set up for your academy.

  • Lateness recorded with every class

Minutes late are entered with the class outcome and flow into teacher pay.

  • No-shows and cancellations by teacher and student

See who misses classes and how often, with trends over time.

Family invoices in each family's currency, payments matched for you, and teachers paid from the same class record.

  • One monthly invoice per family

Siblings' classes on one invoice, in the family's own currency.

  • Payments matched for you

PayPal, Stripe, Wise and Mercury payments are matched to the right invoice.

  • Invoices and follow-ups on WhatsApp

Sent from your academy's own number, up to 50 messages a day.

  • Teacher pay from the class record

Completed classes, lateness and no-shows set each teacher's pay, and teachers see the same figures.

Questions Quran academy owners ask before they switch.

How does Halqora protect children's data?

Children never create an account or a password: each student joins from a private class link, and families open invoices from a private page. Classes are not recorded, and lesson reports stay with teachers and admins. An observer receives a student's camera and microphone only when a parent's consent is on file, and an admin can replace any link to stop the old one working.

Can a female supervisor observe classes with female teachers and students?

Yes. Your academy decides which admins observe, so you can match supervisors to classes in line with your own policy. A hidden observer always sees the shared Mushaf, book page or whiteboard. Each person's camera and microphone reach the observer only with consent recorded in advance: the teacher's own, and a parent's for a child.

Will class times stay right across the UK, US, Gulf, Egypt and Pakistan?

Yes. Each recurring class is stored in a named time zone, so it keeps its agreed local time when the clocks change in the UK, the US or Egypt. Admins see the academy's time zone and every teacher sees their own calendar in local time: a 5:00 pm London class in winter shows as 7:00 pm for a teacher in Cairo.

Which payment methods can families use?

Families pay into your own PayPal, Stripe, Wise or Mercury account, and Halqora matches each payment to its invoice; it never holds the money. Mercury sync is USD only, and Stripe is not open to businesses in every country, including Pakistan and Egypt. Other payments can be recorded by hand. Invoices go out by email and by WhatsApp from your academy's number, with payment follow-ups.

We run on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and Zoom. How hard is it to move?

Free data import: we bring in your students, teachers, schedules and open balances. Start with a 14-day pilot alongside what you use today. Classes can move to the built-in classroom, or keep a Google Meet link per schedule while teachers settle in.
