## Annual billing

Annual billing gives 2 months free: Starter is USD 390 a year; Academy is USD 2.08 per active student a month with a USD 990 yearly minimum.

## Questions

### What counts as an active student?

A student with at least one class scheduled or taught in the billing month. Paused and archived students are not counted, so you never pay for students who are not learning.

### What happens if I go over 25 students on Starter?

We will let you know before it happens and move you to Academy, which is billed per active student with a $99 monthly minimum. Nothing breaks and no data moves.

### What does the 14-day pilot include?

Everything in the plan you are trialling, with free onboarding and a free import of your students, teachers, schedules and open balances. If it is not the right fit, you simply stop.

### What is fair-use video?

Academy includes the built-in classroom for normal teaching volume. Fair use is currently up to 400 classroom hours a month. If your academy runs more video hours than that, we will talk to you about Scale before anything is limited.

### Do you charge for payment sync or reminders?

No. Payment sync and matching with PayPal, Stripe, Mercury and Wise, and invoice reminders by email or WhatsApp, are included in Academy. You pay your payment providers their normal fees directly.

### Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Monthly plans can change or cancel at any time. Annual plans are billed up front for ten months of service across twelve.
